You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. This includes all accessories, manuals, and promotional materials.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are exempt from being returned due to their nature. These include:

  • Gift cards.

  • Items that have been physically damaged or altered by the user (e.g., bent CPU pins, scratched components, signs of installation where damage occurred during the process).

  • Items missing original packaging or accessories.

  • Consumable items that have been opened or used (e.g., thermal paste tubes).


How to Initiate a Return
